🛒 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before processing.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

💸 Shipping Charges
FREE Shipping on all orders over Rs. 5,000
For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies
Additional fees may apply for remote area deliveries (we’ll inform you before dispatch)
📦 Packaging & Dispatch
All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Fragile items like mobile phones and glass accessories are shipped with additional protection.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

You will be contacted by the delivery rider on the day of delivery.
📷 Open Parcel & Inspection Policy
Currently, we do not offer open parcel delivery. However, in case of any issue with your order (wrong item, damaged packaging, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing photos or videos.
❌ Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt up to 2 re-deliveries. Failure to respond may result in the order being returned to us and canceled.
