At Mobile Wale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
✅ Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Unopened and unused (in original packaging)
Product seal intact (for phones and accessories)
No signs of physical damage or tampering
Includes all accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any)
Must be returned with original invoice or order slip
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used mobile accessories (e.g., earphones, chargers)
Tempered glass, screen protectors, or hygiene-based products
Damaged items due to mishandling or accidental drops
Products with software issues caused by user error
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit
Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
We will notify you by email or WhatsApp once your refund is processed
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or faulty item sent by us.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
The item is defective or damaged on arrival
You received the wrong product
To exchange an item, email us with photos at contact@mobilewale.pk or WhatsApp us at 0333-8933311 within 48 hours of delivery.
📮 How to Request a Return
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your product.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Wait for our team to review and approve the request.
Return the item via courier to our provided address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In case of an error on our part, Mobile Wale will cover return shipping.
