Are your products original and sealed?
Yes. All products sold on Mobile Wale are 100% original, brand new, and sealed. We do not deal in used or counterfeit items.
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently offer the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (Advance payment – we’ll share bank details after order confirmation)
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
Major Cities: 2–3 working days
Other Areas: 3–5 working days
Remote Regions: 4–7 working days
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you charge for delivery?
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000
Rs. 250 flat shipping fee on orders below Rs. 5,000
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number and courier link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition
You have proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof via WhatsApp (0333-8933311) or email (contact@mobilewale.pk). We’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
Do you offer open parcel delivery?
Currently, we do not offer open parcel on delivery. However, in case of a problem, you may send us unboxing proof for a quick resolution.
